Working Hours : Shift duty between Monday – Sunday at 7:30 a.m. - 10:30 p.m. (averages 44 hours per week, including Sundays and public holidays)
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for providing quality services to both local and overseas clients through 24-hour CS hotline to handle shipment status tracing, customers' complaints, enquiries and problems.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education (English & Chinese passed in HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent)
  • service experience ,preferably in service industry or customer service field
  • 4 years' customer service experience, preferably in contact centre environment
  • Good spoken & written English and Chinese, knowledge in Mandarin is an advantage
  • Initiative and self-motivated
  • Customer-focus, open-minded, flexible, logical and systematic thinking
  • Good interpersonal, communication skills and telephone manner
  • Good team-spirit and problem solving skills
  • Able to work under pressure and independent

       i. VP, Global CoE:
       Key Activities:
  • Coordinate the administrative and logistics aspects of meetings when held locally and in overseas, acting as secretariat and liaison-in-charge, maintain management schedule.
  • Manage CoE in the absence of the Head of CoE, and ensure all matters requiring the VP CoE’s attention are redirected with discretion and attended to meticulously.
  • Undertake any other function-related duties and tasks assigned.
       Overall Goals/Typical Measures: 
  • Well organised calendars, travel schedules and itineraries, meetings, conferences and other business events.
  • Assurance of worry-free business travel & information sufficiency.
  • Well maintained document filing & retrieval system.
